... Do not buy this vacuum. I have two problems. Within a month of purchase, it would sporadically lose suction. I could hear a "pop" and then it would start getting great suction again. I should have returned it right then and there. But I put up with it and now that it's past the warranty period, the HEPA filter got too clogged and stopped spinning. It's just like everyone else describes here. Not easily fixable. Do yourself a favor and find a different vacuum. ...
