... I have had two of these. The last one was inoperable after 2 years, and I only used it about once a month. It started leaking cleaner fluid all over the floor. There's an "O" ring that failed. Neither Hoover or any of its retailers can replace the "O" ring. Can't find any replacement at any hardware sore. So, the machine is useless. I would've expected Hoover to stand behind its produce. ...
