... I've had my SteamVac for 5+ years and still love it. I use it at least once a month, haul it back and forth between our two homes in the back of my SUV, bang it up and down stairs, and never maintain it like I'm supposed to. it still works GREAT. It really sucks the dirt and even super tough stains out of my light-colored carpets (just make sure you spot treat at least 20 minutes before). My carpets are completely dry within a couple of hours. Since it does a better job than the pros I've tried, it has paid for itself several times over. Parts are easy to replace and inexpensive. Machine is easy to use. If the one I have ever dies, I will buy another one without hesitation. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it weighs a ton and is somewhat of a pain to haul up and down stairs. ...
