When I received this product I put it together and filled the tanks to use it on our family room carpet. After I was finished with the area I noticed that the water wasn't dispensing just the soap. I read the troubleshooting and as I looked closely at the SteamVac I noticed a broken part under the water tank. This part dispenses the water. I contacted the vendor and returned it for credit.
